5 Dishes For A Swaad Bhari Navratri
Navratri is one of the most celebrated Hindu festivals in our country. Navratri actually takes place 4 times in a year, out of which only 2 are celebrated all across India- Chaitra and Sharad Navratri. Hindus fast during this period of Navratri or nine days to show their devotion to Goddess Durga (also known as Shakti) and her nine other avatars. People, to show their devotion towards the Goddess, wake up early in the morning to bathe and do different kinds of pujas or havans to welcome the goddess in their homes. Navratri is a lot more than just a dew auspicious days- it is the time of the year when the whole family comes together to celebrate the victory of good over evil and also to enjoy a few delicious dishes which are made in this period of nine days.
1. Kuttu Ka Dosa
If you are a fan of dosas then this the perfect dish for you to try out rather than eating the same old kuttu puris. Kuttu ka dosa is very easy to make and is not time-consuming at all as it takes around an hour to prepare. 5. Samak Dosa
