There is no minimum order value. However, a delivery charge of INR 30/- will be levied if the order value is less than INR 249/-.Orders above or equal to INR 249/- would be eligible for free delivery.
Payments / Offers / Refunds
You can make the payment through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card available on our website. All the transactions are 100% secured through the Payment Gateway
The delivery time depends on your location. We dispatch the order from our Nerul Plant within 24 hours. After that, depending on the courier, the delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days from the date of order.

Complaints / Returns
You can initiate the return process by contacting us on messenger or on our website. Please make sure that the condition of the product is intact; no article will be accepted if it has been tampered. If the customer receives a tampered/damaged article while receiving it from the courier, they should immediately inform us via messenger with the damaged product’s picture. Request customers to check the article while receiving.
In case of any problem with the product, the customer can give their feedback on our facebook messenger. If required, we will initiate refunds from our end.
Regarding my order
It will be intimated to you within the day itself. Estimated time is about 2 hours.
You can place your order from the website. Once the order is confirmed you can make the payment. Your order will reach to you within next 5-7 working days depending on your location.
You will receive an email from Desi Atta Company regarding the tracking number and the courier company link.
Customers are advised to check the seal of the package for temper while taking the delivery of the product. In case of broken packaging, they should inform us via Messenger straight away and refuse to take the delivery.
In case the customer isn't available to take the delivery, one more attempt will be made to deliver (with no extra charges), and if the delivery is unsuccessful again, the order will be automatically canceled, and the 70% of the order amount will be refunded. 30% of the amount will be charged as under the order processing cost.
