Desi Atta Company currently operates in Mumbai only. If minimum order is 299 & above, Pan india free delivery will be done.
There is a minimum order value of INR 149. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

You can send your amount through PayTM which is 100% secure.
Turn-around time depends on the location. By 24 hours, we will dispatch from our Nerul Plant. After that, depends on the courier. Approx. 5-7 working days from the date of order.

Cancellations / Returns

Same by replying on messenger. Also, the condition of the product should be intact and no article will be accepted if it is tampered. If the customer receives a tampered/damaged article while receiving it from the courier, they should immediately inform us via messenger with the damaged product’s picture. Request customers to check the article while receiving.

It will be intimated to you within that day itself. Estimated 2 hrs.
You can place your order on messenger, once order is confirmed you can make the payment using PayTM. Your order will reach to you in next 5-7 working days depending upon your location.
The courier service will provide you tracking details of your package.
The order can only be cancelled before shipping. The amount will be refunded within 2 hours. In case the product has been shipped, It cannot be cancelled.
Customers are advised to check the seal of the package for temper while taking the delivery of the product. In case of broken packaging, they should inform the brand via Messenger straight away and refuse to take the delivery. In case the customer isn't available to take the delivery, one more attempt will be made to deliver with no extra charges, and if no one is there to take the delivery again, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the 70% of the order amount will be refunded. 30% amount will be kept as the order processing cost.
