Idli Rava originated and is a speciality dish from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. It can be consumed throughout the year and makes for a diet-friendly breakfast that is very easy to cook and even to easier to consume. You don’t even need to grind after you get our Idli Rava easy-to-make batter. Just use curd & coriander while making the batter. Grease your Idli moulds with oil and pour this batter in the moulds. Leave the mould to steam on medium flame. After 15 minutes, check the consistency with a toothpick. If ready, serve with coconut chutney and a dash of ghee to get a taste of authentic South Indian breakfast.
