  • Multi Grain Bhatura Mix - 1 Packet
  • Oil - 5 Tbsp
  • Curd - 8 Tbsp

Empty Multirgain Bhatura Mix and sachet content (Instant Dry Yeast) in a bowl and mix well with spoon. Add 5 tbsp of oil, 8 tbsp of curd and required amount of warm water to the mix and knead for 4-5 minutes until smooth and elastic dough forms. Drizzle few drops of oil to coat the dough, cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 1 hr in a warm place.

Knead the dough well again and divide it into 20 equal portions.

Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry the bhatura on a medium flame, till they puff up and turn golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve immediately with chole.
