Rice Atta Roti

Naturally Gluten Free

  • 1 cup rice atta
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • For 1 cup Rice Atta, heat 3/4 cup of water in a pan. Add 2 tsp oil and salt (as per your taste) in warm water and then pour Rice Atta into it. After the mixture cools,  knead the dough thoroughly to make softrotis.
  • Make equal portions of dough. Flatten with moist fingers or use a clean plastic sheet to makerotis. Carefully place the rotis on pre-heatedtavaand roast them on both sides till dark spots appear on it.
  • Best enjoyed with spicy curry.
