Ingredients
  • 1 cup ragi atta
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt - as per taste
Methods
  • For 1 cup Ragi Atta, boil 1/2 cup of water in a pan. Add salt (as per your taste) in boiling water. Now pour the ragi atta into boiled water. After the mixture cools, knead the dough thoroughly to make soft rotis.
  • Make equal portions of dough. Flatten with moist fingers or clean plastic sheet to make rotis. Place them on pre-heated tava and roast them on both sides till brown spots appear on it.
  • Serve hot  with spicy chutney or sabzi
