  • Barley Atta 1 1⁄2 Tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Almond 1 Tsp
  • Honey 15  Tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1⁄4 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 tsp
  • Add 1 1⁄2 Tbsp (22gm) of Barley atta in a 1⁄2 cup (170gm) of milk and make a smooth paste.
  • Add 1 tsp (5 gm) almonds, Barley- milk paste, 1 Tbsp (15gm) honey, 1⁄4 tsp vanilla essence, 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon powder and remaining 1⁄2 cup (170gm) of milk to a blender.
  • Pulse till smooth and creamy. Can add ice if desired. Serve chill.
