Ingredients
  • Rajgira atta – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Stuffing

  • Potatoes – 2 nos
  • Cumin seed – 1tsp
  • Chopped Green chilies – 2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp
    Methods
    • Make a soft dough with Rajgira atta, salt and water. Divide the dough, roll it and cook on a griddle.
    • Divide the dough, roll it and cook on a griddle.
    • Heat oil. Add cumin seed, green chilies, boiled potatoes and saute for few minutes.
    • Add seasoning and with chopped coriander.
