Ingredients
  • 2 cups kuttu atta
  • 1 large potato
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying
Methods
  • Mix 2 cups of Kuttu Atta, 1 large mashed potato, salt as per your taste and required amount of water to prepare a stiff dough. Set the dough aside to rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, shaping each into a smooth round ball with oiled palms.

  • Roll out each dough ball to form small pooris. Heat oil/ghee in a kadhai or a frying pan. Deep fry them till they puff up and turn golden brown, flipping them 
  • Place the pooris on an absorbent paper to drain excess oil. Serve hot with potato curry.
