Singhara Naankhatai made from Desi Atta Company Singhara Atta.
- 340gms singhara atta
- 170gms ghee
- 170gms powdered sugar
- 5gms cardamom powder
- Preheat oven to 170 CMix ½ cup (170gm) ghee and ½ cup (170gm) powdered sugar properly.
- Mix ½ cup (170gm) ghee and ½ cup (170gm) powdered sugar properly.
- Stir in 1 cup (340gm) Singhara atta and 1 tsp (5gm) cardamom powder; make sure no lumps are formed.
- Make small (around 1-inch size) balls, flatten them slightly. Place on the greased cookie sheet, few inches apart from each other
- Bake 10-12 minutes at 170 C or until light brown and cool
