Ingredients
  • 340gms singhara atta
  • 170gms ghee
  • 170gms powdered sugar
  • 5gms cardamom powder
Methods
  • Preheat oven to 170 CMix ½ cup (170gm) ghee and ½ cup (170gm) powdered sugar properly.
  • Mix ½ cup (170gm) ghee and ½ cup (170gm) powdered sugar properly.
  • Stir in 1 cup (340gm) Singhara atta and 1 tsp (5gm) cardamom powder; make sure no lumps are formed.
  • Make small (around 1-inch size) balls, flatten them slightly. Place on the greased cookie sheet, few inches apart from each other
  • Bake 10-12 minutes at 170 C or until light brown and cool
